Emma is known for her drive, ambition and passion for success. Kelvin MacKenzie, past editor of the Sun newspaper, once suggested that her name would one day be seen in lights when she worked as his PA. Following a decade at a well known brand Recruitment Agency, she launched her own company. Emma wanted to set up a recruitment practice that offered a real knowledge of the market they operated within and one which demonstrated honesty and integrity at all times. She built her outstanding reputation over a number of years and has expanded the company largely due to recommendations.
Martin has operated at main board level in a number of construction companies, all exceeding £100 million in turnover. He was largely responsible for new business generation, marketing and strategy and spent eight years at a large regional social housing contractor overseeing growth from £30 million to £300 million. He has considerable knowledge of maximising value within a business having been involved in two MBO’s and an aggressive acquisitive growth strategy. In 2006 Martin was invited to attend, alongside a number of prominent housing stakeholders, a breakfast seminar in Number 10, hosted by Tony Blair and Ruth Kelly, to discuss the future of social housing in the UK.
Claire joined Zenexus in March 2013 and is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of both permanent and temporary assignments. Claire is a focused and proactive consultant who prides herself on always giving 100% to exceed client’s expectations. Her original training was with a number of high street recruitment agencies before specialising in the construction industry.
Andy started working in the construction industry in1998 and has worked in both operational and bid management roles covering responsive day to day maintenance, gas and electrical maintenance, planned refurbishment and renewable energies. He is a diligent expert resourcer, ensuring our clients’ needs and aspirations are matched by the candidates we put forward.
Paul has been involved in the recruitment industry for 36 years, an industry that he has always found compelling, endlessly fascinating and stimulating. He is the former Managing Director of the UK’s leading office support recruitment consultancy, main Board Director of their largest rival and Chief Talent Officer/Chief Operating Officer of a global professional recruitment services business. Paul launched LoveWorkLife in 2009 to collaborate closely with ambitious recruitment business owners/ directors and senior leadership teams.
